It is affiliated with and a working partner of (Maharashtra State Skill) Development Society, BSDM (Bihar Skills Development), UPSDM (Uttar Pradesh Skills Development) and NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation). Headed by Sir Parmeshwar S. Rajbinde, a businessman, educationist, industrialist and public figure. Param is a higher institute of technology on the lines of their counterparts in Maharashtra state to set the direction for the Param Skills Training India Pvt. Ltd. is set up to fulfill the growing need in India for skilled manpower across sectors and narrow the existing gap between the demand and supply of employment oriented education and training. We offer end-to-end training and skill development programs which help improve business productivity and enhance youth employability.

We have 140+ Training centers in rural and urban locations, are set up to provide employability skills aligned to industry needs. There are many sectors and millions of job opportunities across these sectors, where industries continue to struggle for skilled talent. In order to bridge this talent gap, Param Skills Training India Pvt. Ltd. offers skill building solution to the unemployed youth. We offer employability programmes that in turn creates a corporate-ready workforce. The objective of this Skill Certification Scheme is to enable a large number of Indian youth to take up industry-relevant skill training that will help them in securing a better livelihood.
